For best quality submit artwork at 300dpi, in vector format for best quality. Good rule of thumb: if the file looks blurry/pixelated the went, it will print this way as well. 

Use CMYK color for to avoid color shifts, all RGB files will be converted into CMYK if needed.

DTF Transfer Application Instructions

Follow these steps for perfect DTF transfer application every time

Preheat Your Heat Press

Set your heat press to 300-320°F (149-160°C). Allow it to fully preheat for consistent temperature.

Prepare Your Garment

Pre-press your garment for 5-10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles. This ensures better adhesion.

Position the Transfer

Place the DTF transfer face down on your garment. Ensure it's centered and positioned exactly where you want it.

Apply Heat and Pressure

Press for 10-15 seconds with medium to firm pressure. Make sure the entire design is covered evenly.

Peel the Film

Wait 5-10 seconds for the transfer to cool slightly, then peel the film away slowly and evenly in one smooth motion.

Final Press

Cover the design with parchment paper and press again for 5-10 seconds to ensure full adhesion and durability.

Pro Tips for Best Results

  • Always test on a similar fabric first to dial in your settings
  • Use a Teflon sheet or parchment paper to protect your heat press
  • Wait 24 hours before washing for maximum durability
  • Store unused transfers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
  • For best results, wash inside out in cold water and hang dry

Important Warnings

  • Do not exceed 320°F as it may damage the transfer or garment
  • Never use steam when pressing DTF transfers
  • Avoid pressing over zippers, buttons, or seams
  • Do not bleach or dry clean garments with DTF transfers
